ABOUT US • OUR MISSION • OUR PURPOSE

Real Estate Is About More Than Buying and Selling Houses.

It's about helping people find a way forward when life, housing costs, or a difficult property situation makes moving forward feel almost impossible.

MEET TIM THOMAS

My Name Is Tim. And I Believe Real Estate Should Be About Helping People.

I'm Tim Thomas, a real estate professional with a passion for helping people navigate difficult housing situations.

Over the years, I've come to realize that a house is rarely just a house. For one person, it may represent their biggest financial asset. For another, it may be a burden they can no longer afford to carry.

Sometimes a homeowner is facing foreclosure. Sometimes they have lost a job, experienced a major life change, inherited a property they don't want, or simply own a house that needs more repairs than they can afford.

And sometimes the situation is much simpler: they're ready to move on, but their property isn't selling.

My goal is to help people understand their options and, when possible, find a solution that allows them to move forward with their lives.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Too Many People Feel Stuck Between a Rock and a Hard Place.

My goal is to help people find options when their current housing situation is no longer working for them.

01

The Homeowner With a Problem Property

The house may need major repairs. There may be unpaid taxes, liens, missed mortgage payments, or other financial problems connected to the property.

In some situations, selling the property may help the homeowner avoid allowing the problem to become even worse.

02

The Homeowner Who Needs to Move

Not every seller is in financial trouble. Sometimes life simply changes.

A new job, retirement, divorce, relocation, an inherited property, or a desire to move closer to family can create the need to sell.

03

The Renter Who Can't Afford Today's Housing Costs

Rent has become difficult for many families to afford. Some people work hard every day and still struggle to find safe, stable housing that fits within their budget.

I want to help connect people with information about local government affordable-housing programs that may help qualified individuals and families find more affordable options.

OUR MISSION

Help as Many People as I Can.

That is the heart of this entire project.

I want to build something that does more than simply buy and sell houses.

I want to create a resource where struggling homeowners can learn about their options, tell their story, and potentially find a path forward.

At the same time, I want to help renters who are struggling with high housing costs discover local government affordable-housing resources and programs they may qualify for.

I know I cannot solve every housing problem by myself. But I believe that helping one person at a time can make a difference.

My goal is simple: Help people who need help finding a better housing solution—and keep expanding that effort so I can help as many people as possible.
THE BIGGER PROJECT

A Real Estate Project Built Around People.

The bigger vision is to connect homeowners, buyers, renters, investors, and affordable-housing resources in ways that can create better outcomes for local communities.

🏠

Help Homeowners

Help homeowners understand their options when they are dealing with a difficult property, financial pressure, or simply need to move on.

🤝

Find Solutions

Look at each situation individually and explore whether a traditional sale, cash offer, creative financing, or another solution may make sense.

💙

Protect Families

When appropriate, help homeowners understand how selling a property before a situation becomes worse may affect their finances and future options.

🏘️

Expand Affordable Housing

Work toward creating more opportunities for affordable housing while helping renters learn about local government programs and resources.

WHY I DO THIS

Because Every Property Has a Person Behind It.

When you see a house that needs repairs, you may see a property that needs work.

I see a homeowner who may be dealing with something much bigger.

Maybe they are worried about losing their home. Maybe they are worried about their credit. Maybe they are overwhelmed by repairs. Maybe they inherited a property and don't know what to do. Maybe they simply want to move forward with their life.

That's why I believe the first step should be listening.

Before deciding what to do with a property, I want to understand the situation behind it.

"The goal isn't just to find a deal. The goal is to find a solution that makes sense."

WHEN A SELLER IS IN TROUBLE

Sometimes Selling Sooner Can Help Prevent a Difficult Situation From Getting Worse.

When homeowners fall behind on payments or face foreclosure, the situation can become increasingly stressful.

Depending on the circumstances, selling the property before a foreclosure is completed may give the homeowner more options than waiting until the last possible moment.

A successful sale may potentially help address debts connected to the property and may help the homeowner avoid some of the consequences that can come with a foreclosure.

Every situation is different. A sale does not automatically protect a person's credit, eliminate every debt, or guarantee a specific financial outcome. Homeowners should understand their individual circumstances and seek professional advice when appropriate.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MISSION

Helping People Who Need an Affordable Place to Live.

The housing challenge doesn't stop with homeowners.

There are also families and individuals who are renting because they cannot afford to buy a home—or because buying a home is simply not possible for them right now.

When rent consumes too much of a household's income, finding safe and affordable housing can become incredibly difficult.

Part of my long-term mission is to help people learn about local government affordable-housing programs, including opportunities that may be available through rental assistance or affordable homeownership programs for those who qualify.

My vision is to help connect the people who need affordable housing with the information and resources that may help them find it.

THIS IS BIGGER THAN ONE PERSON

With Your Help, I Can Reach More People.

I have a big goal: to help as many people as I can.

But I can't do it alone.

Every homeowner who submits a property gives me an opportunity to look at another situation and see if there is a possible solution.

Every person who shares this website with a struggling homeowner could help someone discover an option they didn't know existed.

And every connection helps me build a bigger project focused on helping people navigate the challenges of housing.

Your situation could be the next one we help solve. Whether you're facing a difficult property situation or you're simply ready to move on, the first step is telling us what's happening.
LET'S START WITH YOUR PROPERTY

Tell Me What's Going On.

You don't have to know exactly what to do next.

You don't have to have all the answers.

Just tell me about the property, what's happening, and what you would like to accomplish.

I'll review the information and see if there may be a solution worth exploring.

SUBMIT YOUR PROPERTY INFORMATION

The first step toward finding a solution is starting the conversation.
